Room Blocks at a group discount with the New Haven Hotel and Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale are open now! Book New Haven Hotel by February 17th or Omni Hotel by February 14th. At this time, our block with Courtyard New Haven at Yale by Marriott is full.

New Haven Hotel Information

  • Deadline: Rooms in the block will be available to book until February 17, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST. New Haven Hotel may still have rooms available after February 17, but the group discount will not be applicable after this date.

  • Length of Stay: The maximum length of stay will be from check-in on March 1, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. EST to check-out on March 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. EST.

  • Registrants who cannot attend the entireity of the conference may also book for shorter time frames. Room capacity: All rooms in the block include 2 Queen Beds and house 4 people maximum.

  • Rates and Pricing: The group rate has been set for the following:

    • Flat rate: $154.00 per room per night (i.e. a full length stay will cost $308.00).

Omni Hotel Information

  • Deadline: Rooms in the block will be available to book until February 14, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Omni Hotel may still have rooms available after February 14, but the group discount will not be applicable after this date.

  • Length of Stay: The maximum length of stay will be from check-in on March 1, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. EST to check-out on March 3, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST.

  • Registrants who cannot attend the entirety of the conference may also book for shorter time frames.

  • Room capacity: Deluxe Rooms with 2 Queen Beds house 4 people maximum. Deluxe Rooms with 1 King Bed house 3 people maximum.

  • Rates and pricing: The group rate has been set for the following:

    • 1-2 people: $159.00 per room per night (i.e. a full length stay will cost $318.00).

    • 3 people: $179.00 per room per night (i.e. a full length stay will cost $358.00).

    • 4 people: $199.00 per room per night (i.e. a full length stay will cost $398.00).

Marriott Hotel Information

  • Deadline: Rooms in the block will be available to book until February 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Courtyard by Marriott may still have rooms available February 1, but the group discount will not be applicable after this date.

  • Length of Stay: The maximum length of stay will be from check-in on March 1, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. EST to check-out on March 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. EST.

  • Registrants who cannot attend the entirety of the conference may also book for shorter time frames.

  • Room capacity: Guest Rooms with 1 King Bed and 1 Sofa Bed house 3 people maximum. Guest Rooms with 2 Queen Beds house 4 people maximum.

  • Rates and pricing: The group rate has been set for the following:
