Registration includes access to all live event sessions and event materials throughout the 3-day conference. Included meals are breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Early, regular, and late registration cover the same items. We will have hotel block options available (information forthcoming) for attendees to book at a discounted price — this is separate from registration.

The 2024 ECAASU conference will be hosted on the Yale University campus in New Haven, Connecticut. Information about specific venues on the conference schedule will be shared soon.

We currently have hotel blocks with Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale and Courtyard New Haven at Yale by Marriott. Please check our Travel page for links to book rooms and more detailed information!

All conference locations meet ADA accessibility standards, and measures will be taken to meet visual and auditory accessibility needs of conference attendees. We are also offering a virtual conference option—you can find more information on our Registration page! Information about our conference accessibility policy will be updated soon.

The conference will be completely masked indoors. Masks will be provided at registration and other volunteer stations throughout the weekend. More detailed information about refund policies in the case of a positive COVID-19 test will be updated soon.

There is no dress code! Please dress in whatever makes you comfortable, though we do recommend good walking shoes. We highly encourage you to bring cultural attire if you have it, as we hope to celebrate our Asian and Pasifika cultures on Saturday night during the closing ceremony.

Your school advisor is welcome to attend conference as long as they have completed registration.

Information about whether or not there will be a livestream of Friday night’s opening ceremony will be updated soon.
